What steps do we have to take to move from one booking company to Pixsoft’s online booking system?

It’s easy to have Pixsoft installed on your Website. Listed below are the steps to take. The 7 steps can take as little as 30 minutes:

  1. Go to Sign Up, enter your company details.
  2. You’ll enter our friendly wizard to guide you through the setup.
  3. Describe your own products, prices and availability, or browse commissionable products from other suppliers.
  4. We set you up with a username and password. You enter the dashboard.
  5. We or your Web person sets up a ‘test page’ for you to view the results of your entries before going ‘live’
  6. The optional integration of another Booking System is removed and replaced with Pixsoft.
  7. You then go live with Pixsoft.

Can the Pixsoft booking form look like my existing website?

Yes it can, with the easy Custom Theme Editing tool, which allows you to customize, colour match and brand your form with logos and banners to retain the look and feel of your website.

Can the Pixsoft booking form be integrated into my existing website?

Yes. The Pixsoft Booking form is a simple link that you can have either as a page on its own or it can be embedded within another page using an iframe. We will also supply you or your web designer with some simple HTML code that will allow you to include a check availability box form on your website, ideally on the Home Page where it will be most effective.

Can I put a booking button on my Facebook business page? Is there an extra cost?

We can integrate a booking button onto your Facebook page to drive more bookings for you at no extra cost.

Do I have full access to Pixsoft’s Marketplace?

When you sign up you have full access to the agents and suppliers in the marketplace. You can network and trade with anyone active.  For suppliers in the United States and Australia, Pixsoft offers an extra automated payment option. This enables you to publish your rates, and let anyone active in Marketplace book your products. You’ll need a Stripe account to set this up.

Can my Pixsoft booking page be used as a website?

Yes. The Pixsoft Booking form can be used as a substitute for a website. It is a clean and effective online presence which can be designed to your preferences.

How long will it take to add the booking engine to my website?

Can the Pixsoft booking system be translated into other languages?

Pixsoft is a unique product that allows your website visitors to process a booking choosing from multiple languages by selecting a flag of origin on the booking page. We support most languages.

Does the Pixsoft booking form work in different currencies?

Yes there are over 90 different currencies to select from.

Do I have to take full payment at the time of booking?

You can if you want to, but you don’t have to. You can implement your own payment policies with Pixsoft. So if you want to take a deposit, full payment or nothing at all, you can – it is all up to you. You can take a payment instantly or use the Pixsoft Vault to store credit card numbers which can be processed manually later on.

Can I link Pixsoft to a payment gateway?

Can I use Paypal to accept payments?

Yes. Integrate directly with your PayPal account and start taking payments online.

Do you offer training and support?

With Pixsoft its easy and intuitive but we do provide full training on how to use the system before you get started. The admin section is clearly laid out in sections which lead you to the main requirements of your booking system. We appreciate that not every user is completely up to date with how to use the web so we have made our system very easy to use. We also provide unparalleled worldwide support for any issue or questions you may have.

Am I stuck in a contract with Pixsoft?

No, Pixsoft has no lock-in contract. However, all customers are encouraged to enter into a 12 month service agreement with Pixsoft, which secures the current rates, and provides you with a quicker turnaround with Support. We also offer a 10% discount for up-front payments so that you don’t have to worry about currency fluctuations that may occur over that 12 month period.

I have affiliations with other 3rd party resellers and distributors. Can I still keep our partnership and use Pixsoft’s booking system?

Yes. Your relationships with third parties are entirely up to you. We will provide a seamless booking experience for your customers and your agents.

Is the Pixsoft booking system safe and secure?

Ensuring the security and protection of your personal information is important to us.

We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information you may transmit to us or from our online products and services, including credit card information. We will also make our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems.

In addition, our employees and the contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us.

All transactions are secured by 128 bit SSL encryption. SSL technology encodes information as it is being sent over the Internet, helping to ensure that the information transmitted remains confidential.

Our servers are deployed to Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant provider and provides a certified infrastructure for storing, processing, and transmitting credit card information.

What is the Pixsoft technology built from?

What are the minimum system requirements to use Pixsoft?

Because it’s running in the cloud and not on your computer, Pixsoft works on any device as long as it’s using a modern browser. We recommend Google Chrome but Pixsoft also works with Internet Explorer versions 9 and above, and the latest Firefox and Safari versions. Go to www.whatbrowser.org to check your current version.

Do you offer a discount for annual subscriptions?

We don’t currently offer an annual subscription plan, plans are fully flexible and billed monthly.
